The stay at this venue was lovely, the hotel was clean and had a fantastic location near multiple metro stations and a train station, making it very convenient.

quiet rooms provided with a compact kitchen, coffee cups, balcony.

The staff is unobtrusive and helpful.

The room I stayed in had an amazingly cozy bed, a microwave for heating up snacks, central heating to keep warm, and a TV for entertainment. the location was awesome - with lots of restaurants nearby, and even a racetrack just a short stroll away from here! 🏎️

Liked the modern spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. The private patio was great too. The automatic room darkening blinds were a nice touch as well.

Everything was good, super friendly stuff, stunning location near to metro and Sagrada Familia as well as public transport. The room was beautiful and huge with a microwave oven, central heating and a TV set. There was kitchenette. Had a fairly nice stay here.

The apartment is very comfortable with large bedroom with double bed, small room with two single beds, modern bathroom and kitchen, nice sitting area and terrace. Possible to have clean towels daily. Very good!

The kitchen is insufficiently equipped. Missing: towels, soap and there was little cutlery. The drain in the bathroom (shower) was blocked and we had to ask several times before it was fixed. The caretaker/concierge is very unhelpful (rude, you could say), but the manager was friendly and helpful.

I liked the location of hotel and the personnel.

It would not be pleasant to me a dirt.

Central location with easy access to a tour bus stop, metro station, supermarkets, bars, restaurants.

Very good location close to metro, supermarkets, drug store etc. Good layout of the apartament, much space, we liked there was a bathtube (important for families with small children especially). Autonomic heating/conditioning system was very convenient.

Range of kitchen equipment is really too low (no kettle, no soup plates, toaster or chopping-board). Wi-Fi was out of order although we were ready to pay for it (free of charge would be a big advantage of course).

Spacious apartments are conveniently located in just six blocks from Sagrada Familia (10 minutes walk), metro station is around the corner, and a train to airport is in 15 minutes walk (Clot station). Rates were very affordable in late November 2010. Wifi is available at additional 4€/day. It's good to have own kitchen - saves on restaurants if you wish.

It was cold in apt 1.1 of the second block (Independencia 299) — air conditioner was not working. Hot water is limited. 24 hour wifi was cut off an hour earlier. Reception is not always available - after 22:00 one would have to check in at apt Marina which are 15 min walk away.

Great position in the local area, right by the cathedral of La Sagrada and main attractions of Barcelona within walking distance. Nearby Croqueteca Glorias - great place to chill out. - Exceptionally comfortable bed in the apartment. - Includes a microwave oven, central heating, and a TV set. - Clean private bathroom adds to the comfort of the stay. I hope this meets your expectations!

We liked the modern facilities in the apartment and the close location to the metro station and to grocery stores.

Internet is not for free and was broken when we were there.

Some problems with certain TV channels. Lack of staff in the reception in case you need something.
